Mowasalat confirmed as National Supplier to WIC

Doha, Qatar 1^st March 2010  – The organising committee of the IAAF World Indoor Championships (WIC) in Athletics (Doha 2010) has confirmed Mowasalat as a National Supplier of the event which takes place at the Aspire Dome from 12-14 March 2010.

Mowasalat will provide Doha 2010 with Mass and VIP transport solutions including buses of varying capacities to shuttle teams and officials to and from the Aspire Dome, the venue of the World Indoor Championships.

Doha 2010 Event Director, Mr. Abdulla Al-Zaini, said: “Mowasalat will provide transportation services to our international guests and their support will ensure the smooth operation of shuttle and VIP transport services leading up to and even after the World Indoor Championships in Athletics.”

Mr. Ahmed Al Ansari Director of Business Development Department at Mowasalat says: “We are honoured to be supporting the World Indoor Championships this year. We are confident that our proven experience in managing large transportation requirements will support the organising committee managing the varied needs of the Championships.

The IAAF World Indoor Championships are also supported globally by Official IAAF Partners Adidas, Samsung, Seiko, TDK, VTB, TBS and Official IAAF Suppliers Mondo. The WIC Organising Committee in recent weeks has also confirmed Qatar Insurance Company (QIC) and q.media Decaux as National Partners, with GO Sport, Gulf Warehousing Company and Virgin Megastores as National Suppliers.
