Media Accommodation

IMPORTANT NOTE : Only Accredited Media will stay in the Media Hotels.

Payments before 31st of January by credit card or bank transfer, to the Local Organising Committee.

Accommodation requests will be processed on a first come first served basis until 31^st of January, 2010. After this date, the Local Organising Committee cannot guarantee accommodation in the official media hotels, though it will do its best to assist media representatives in finding a hotel room.

Payment of 2 nights by 31^stof January, 2010 will guarantee your hotel of choice in one of the media hotels. Upon receipt of payment, LOC will send a voucher for you to present upon arrival at the hotel reception

Change and cancellations
Cancellations requests and/or changes must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received after 31^stof January 2010 will not be refunded.  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ORGANISERS CANNOT GUARANTEE A ROOM AFTER 31^stof January 2010.
